Instructions for use and preparation:
Add 200 ml of whipping cream and 300 ml of milk.
- Assemble the mold following the instructions and boil in a pan the cream and milk.
- Remove from the heat and add the contents of the large envelope, stirring well. Bring to a boil and simmer over high heat for 2 minutes, continuing to stir.
- Pour the cream into the mold and let it cool. Put in the refrigerator for 4 hours. To serve, remove the panna cotta from the walls of the mold with a knife, lower the flaps, arrange it in the saucers and decorate as you like with the berry garnish.
Store the product ready for consumption in the refrigerator and consume it within 2 days.
