Instructions for use and preparation
The package contains:
438 g of dough mixture, 10 g of icing sugar.
You add:
125 g butter, 3 medium eggs (60-65 g), 100 ml milk, all at room temperature.
Preparing it is very easy!
Pour the mixture, butter, eggs and milk into the bowl and whisk at maximum speed for 4 minutes. Pour everything into the greased and floured cake pan (Ø 24 cm) and level with the back of a spoon. Cook for 40-50 minutes (check cooking with a toothpick).
Electric oven - 175° preheated low shelf
Ventilated oven - 165° preheated low shelf
Gas oven - medium shelf 190° preheated
Let the cake cool for 10 minutes, unmold and sprinkle with icing sugar.
