Ingredients:
Prepared for panna cotta (dessert of 67 g): sugar, food jelly, starch, stabilizer: xanthan gum; gelling agent: carrageenan; aromas. Caramelized (30 g; 30%): caramelized sugars, glucose syrup.May contain traces of WHEAT, MILK, EGGS, NUTS, SOY.
Instructions for use and preparation of the product:
Add 200 ml of whipping cream or cooking cream and 300 ml of milk.
- Assemble the mold following the instructions. Boil in a pan the cream and milk.
- Remove from the heat, add the contents of the large envelope, stirring well. Bring to the boil and simmer over high heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Pour the cream into the mold and let it cool. Put in the refrigerator for 4 hours. To serve, remove the Panna Cotta from the walls of the mold with a knife, lower the flaps, arrange in small plates and decorate with caramelato.
Store the product ready for consumption in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.
