Very easy to prepare, it is ideal for covering and enriching desserts with an irresistible cocoa flavor.

How to use:
- Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, switch off and immerse the bag for 7/8 minutes, then dry it and handle it for a few seconds, so that the glaze inside will melt evenly. Warning: the quality of the glaze may be affected if it is heated too long and at a too high temperature. Once opened, the package can no longer be heated.
- Cut the envelope in the upper corner and immediately pour the glaze over the cooled cake, distributing it quickly on the surface and edges with the help of a spatula or knife. Allow to cool at room temperature.

Ingredients:

Sugar, palm fat, low-fat cocoa 11%, LACTOSE, cocoa mass 2.0%, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin. It can contain WHEAT, MILK PROTEINS, NUTS.
