Organic sifted chamomile for infusion.
Camomile is a plant known since ancient times for its relaxing and calming properties. It is recognized by the characteristic perfume and by the white outer petals (liguli) that at the end of the flowering are turned downwards. We have chosen only Italian chamomile.

Only organic camomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.), 100% Italian, with its characteristic scent and aroma.
Type of cultivation
The organic chamomile is sown on extremely compact and not particularly worked. It flowers from the month of May. He loves the sun and the heat but does not fear the harsh winters.
Type of processing
The flowers of chamomile are harvested respecting the plant’s timing, in the period of maximum concentration of the active ingredients contained.
The drying process of flowers lasts at least 24 hours at a temperature of about 40 degrees. The herbs are then subjected to a dry heat treatment for about 5 minutes at around 90°C, in order to break down the bacterial load and ensure the right organoleptic characteristics.
The flowers are then sifted and finally packaged in sachets with cotton thread, without the use of glue and staples.
The production plant is powered by energy produced 100% from renewable sources.
