The unmistakable aroma of our chinotto is born on the Riviera Ligure di Ponente where, since 1500, plants are cultivated. The infusion obtained from this citrus gives our drink a unique taste capable of giving off intense aromas. It is Il Nostro Chinotto, the one with the chinotto of the Slow Food Presidium of Savona.
Clear color but with intense and vibrant caramel shades. Intense aroma of citrus and spices. The bubbles enhance the finesse and harmony of a particularly complex bouquet: citrus, herbs, spices and bitter caramel. The palate is velvety and soft with a noble and harmonious body, without excess of sweetness.
