Our pandoro has a 72-hour process in which the two basic ingredients that make it up are enhanced: butter and sugar. These make the dough richer with a more closed cavity giving in the mouth a more meltable structure. It has one more processing step than the panettone: the demolding. It is a hand-made operation, piece by piece, in which the product is removed from its aluminum mold unlike the panettone that remains in its paper mold. We strongly recommend to keep the pandoro near a heat source a couple of hours before enjoying it and then dust it with the sachet of that sugar that we attach to the wrap.
