The Pan di Torrone Strega is a product that draws its origins from an ancient local tradition, composed inside of soft sponge cake soaked in Liquor Strega and protected by two waffles of Torrone Alberti. Everything is expertly wrapped in a cover of fine dark chocolate. An Alberti proposal that satisfies the most refined and demanding palates, the result of a traditional processing of natural ingredients carefully chosen by our master craftsmen.
Torrone filled with sponge cake (11%) soaked in Liquor Strega (7%) covered with dark chocolate (48%).
