Matilde Vicenzi’s Cat Tongues are light and crumbly biscuits with a narrow and long shape that resembles the tongue of a cat; hence their original name. Made with egg whites, sugar, butter and flour, these cookies are ideal to accompany tea, for a light break, or to taste creams, puddings or ice creams.
