• Appearance: wrinkled rind of a more or less intense pink color, not edible; the paste is straw white with typical blue-greenish veins (marbling).
• To the touch: the texture of the dough is soft and creamy.
• Smell: pleasant and appetizing.
• Taste: sweet, not very pronounced.
Ingredients:
Whole cow’s milk (98.26%), selected lactic ferments (1.5%), selected moulds belonging to the genus Penicillium (0.01%), dried sea salt (0.21%), Rennet of animal origin (0.02%).
