The Cacao Vidamà originates from the Ivory Coast, more precisely from the province of Oulaidon: it is part of a fair trade project to protect the biodiversity of the plantations and the development of the process of harvesting and processing of cocoa beans.
COCOA VIDAMA' 60%
The cocoa of the province of Oulaidon takes its name from the village of the same name, the center of a constellation of other villages and the beating heart of the chain of this particular variety. The cocoa Vidama is fermented "slide" for 6 days on banana leaves. Then follows a drying of 7-10 days. The biodiversity and variety of crops in the area give it an exceptional aromatic profile. It is a particularly fragrant variety, thanks also to the exchange of pollen with the wild plants of orange, mango, wild coffee and cardamom, among which it is cultivated.
