How do you want to prepare me?

1 Pour into the pan.
2 Mix me by adding 125 ml of milk, water or vegetable drinks without added sugars (oats, soy, almonds, hazelnuts, coconut, rice).
3 Heat me on a moderate flame and continue to stir until I boil.
In the microwave
1 Pour it into my cup.

3 Cook me at 750W for 1'20".
Thicker? Prolongs the cooking by 10" at a time.
