The chocolate cantucci are part of our Gourmet line; in this recipe we use "0" type wheat flour, high quality Belgian chocolate drops and 100% Italian eggs from controlled supply chain. We have thought of a revisit of the classic Tuscan cantucino, enhancing the nutritional characteristics and unique and original taste; in addition, we have guaranteed a low salt content, renouncing the use of additives or preservatives. The 100% transparent packaging is synonymous with transparency towards our consumers.
Ingredients:
Common wheat flour type "0", Sugar, Chocolate (18%) (ingredients: sugar, cocoa paste, dextrose, emulsifier: soy lecithin), Fresh eggs, Whole milk, Butter, Sunflower oil, Egg whites, Baking agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium acid carbonate, rice starch). May contain traces of: soy and nuts.
Contains no GMOs, preservatives, dyes and synthetic flavourings.
