Instructions for use and preparation:

Place the filter in a cup and pour boiling water not directly on the filter. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes.
Quench your thirst with the cold
Place the filter directly in fresh water. Leave to infuse for 7 minutes. Consume immediately.
