INGREDIENTS: Pork shank, salt, spices and herbs, natural flavors.
STORAGE: The product has been subjected to a sterilising cooking process that ensures long-term storage even without refrigeration. As a precaution, the product should be kept away from heat sources.
PREPARATION METHOD: Remove the product from the bag and place it with its contents in a casserole, put it in the preheated oven at 180/190°C, preferably with ventilation for 30 minutes. We recommend you turn it half the time.
GLUTEN-FREE: the product is suitable for celiac consumers and is included in the "Food Guide" published and guaranteed by the Italian Celiac Association (A.I.C.).
