Wheat flour, sugar, butter "Beurre Charentes-Poitou" 13.3%, fresh egg yolk from ground hens 8.7%, natural yeast [sourdough (wheat flour, water), yeast], orange paste 6.5% (ground orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidifier: citric acid), emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; whey powder, natural flavourings, salt. May contain soy, mustard and nuts.
