The 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, cold extracted, comes from some very limited batches of oils. It is produced from the valuable varieties coratina and ogliarola Bari and is ideal for lovers of intense flavors and net. Its taste is characterized by the fruity green of medium intensity with vegetal notes reminiscent of raw artichoke and fresh almond. The spicy and bitter are well balanced and pleasant.
It comes from the milling of olives harvested early, when, still green, give this oil the herbaceous flavor with a hint of raw artichoke. Balanced spicy and bitter goes well with every dish. Ideal raw on vegetables, legumes, meat, fish or shellfish, or simply to season excellent salads.
