The Tomato Sauce is made with this sweet variety of cherry tomatoes with a characteristic elongated shape. The dates, grown in greenhouses with natural methods, are then collected manually and processed with traditional procedures, based on simplicity and genuineness. Creamy, fragrant and very tasty, the sauce is seasoned with basil, carrots, onions, celery, extra virgin olive oil, salt and sugar.
To enclose the flavor, a glass bottle of amber color to protect the product from light: the typical beer packaging that was traditionally used in homes to contain the sauce just made.
