Fresh egg pasta with béchamel, mushrooms, cooked ham and mozzarella
In this fresh lasagna you will find all the taste of mushroom pieces and cubes of cooked ham joined by a soft béchamel sauce and accompanied by the unmistakable pastry of Giovanni Rana.
PREPARE THEM AS FOLLOWS:
Microwave: 5 minutes
Remove the outer casing and store the tray in the microwave: heat for 5 minutes at maximum power (750w or 900w)
Electric oven: 20 minutes
Remove the outer casing and place the tray in the center shelf, so that the tray is in the center of the oven. Set the electric oven in static mode to 180 ºC and cook for 20 minutes

Béchamel 47%: whole milk 78%, water, wheat flour, sunflower oil, natural aroma, salt. Filling with ricotta, champignon mushrooms and cooked ham 32%: ricotta 25% (whey, milk, salt), champignon mushrooms 23% (Agaricus bisporus), bechamel 19% (whole milk 78%, water, wheat flour, sunflower oil, natural aroma, salt), cooked ham 13 (pork meat, water, salt, flavour, dextrose), mozzarella cheese 10%, milk cream, starches, vegetable fibres (corn and potato), natural flavour, salt. Mozzarella cheese 15%: whole milk, salt, lactic ferments, rennet. Fresh egg pasta 6%: durum wheat semolina, egg 20%.
