PREPARE THEM AS FOLLOWS:
Microwave: 5 minutes
Remove the outer casing and store the tray in the microwave: heat for 5 minutes at maximum power (750w or 900w)
Electric oven: 20 minutes
Remove the outer casing and place the tray in the center shelf, so that the tray is in the center of the oven. Set the electric oven in static mode to 180 ºC and cook for 20 minutes.

Béchamel 48%: whole milk 78%, water, wheat flour, sunflower oil, natural aroma, salt. Meat sauce with pork, beef and tomato 29%: pork meat 24%, beef meat 18%, water, tomato paste 12%, onion, carrots, butter, red wine, natural flavor, milk cream, salt, sugar, black pepper, garlic.
