De cecco pasta di semola lenta essiccazione spaghettini n.11, 500gr.
Historically, there is an official trace of the name "spaghetto" in the first dictionary of the Italian language by Nicolò Tommaseo and Bernardo Bellini (1819). Here spaghetto is inserted as "singular male diminutive of twine" and mentions the "Spaghetti soup: which are pasta of the thickness of a small string and long, like the sopracapellini". A curiosity: in 1957 the BBC broadcasts the first documentary on the production of spaghetti and the day after the television studios are clogged by phone calls from viewers who ask for the names of producers and distributors of spaghetti to buy them. Spaghetti are so versatile that they can be served with any seasoning, from fish to meat, from vegetables to cheese, but they are also excellent served in white seasoned only with extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkling of parmesan
