It is a creamy liqueur, pleasantly sweet and with a moderate alcohol content, which combines the intense aroma of coffee with the delicate elegance of milk flavor in perfect balance between them. It starts from a blend of coffee beans that has been carefully selected to obtain the best aromatic yield both to the nose and palate. The grains are crushed and not ground to avoid excessive stress of the raw material (which would result in an impoverishment of the organoleptic characteristics) and are soaked in a solution of water and alcohol for 15 days during which they are mixed at least 4 times a day. It is then filtered, stabilized and you get a coffee tincture, completely natural, which is mixed with a cream of sweet and velvety milk. The addition of grappa gives this Latte Macchiato a particular aroma that makes it unique and unmistakable.
