Organic acacia honey.
This honey has a straw-yellow colour (almost transparent), a delicate taste, a vanilla aroma and a liquid consistency. After the honey has been honeyed by mechanical centrifugation, it is allowed to settle in the cold before being filtered and packaged. The working temperature is always below 50°C.
The organic acacia honey Black Elk is ideal as a sweetener for teas and infusions, fruit, yogurt or milk.
