Saclà basil is cultivated in Italy and is harvested with care to preserve the tenderness of its leaves and its characteristic intense scent. Our Pesto without garlic is processed with the addition of Parmigiano Reggiano PDO and other ingredients carefully selected by our chefs. To better taste it, it is preferable to salt the cooking water a little and use a part to dilute the seasoning.
