VINIFICATION
conducted in steel tanks with batonnage, crushing-destemming first and cold maceration then, soft pressing and fermentation in purity for about 10 days with controlled temperature of 16/18.
AGEING
in bottle for a minimum of 3 months after fermentation in steel.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
fresh wine, ample, with hints of flowers and green apple to the nose. In the mouth it is dry, with hints of flavor, but at the same time harmonious with pleasant herbaceous notes. Characterized by the typical intense straw yellow color with greenish reflections.
