Balocco's festive cakes are a range of soft and aromatic treats, all naturally leavened and free from genetically modified ingredients. A packet of icing sugar is included in the weight.

Wheat flour - sugar - fresh eggs* 16,7% - glucose syrup - butter - vegetable oils and fats (sunflower - palm - rape) - natural yeast 4,2% (wheat flour - water - yeast) - emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids - skimmed milk powder - dextrose - hazelnut paste 0.7% - alcohol - salt - aromas - pistachio paste 0.4% - cocoa powder - thickener: pectin - preservative: potassium sorbate - coloring: carrot concentrate, pumpkin and spirulina.
May contain other nuts, soy and mustard.
Sachet of low-fat sweetened cocoa preparation for decoration (low-fat cocoa powder 50% - sugar - wheat starch).
