Balocco's festive cakes are a range of soft and aromatic treats, all naturally leavened and free from genetically modified ingredients. A packet of icing sugar is included in the weight.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour - sugar - fresh eggs* 16,7% - butter - glucose syrup - vegetable oils and fats (sunflower - palm - rape) - natural yeast 4,2% (wheat flour - water - yeast) - emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids - skimmed milk powder - egg yolk* 1% - alcohol - salt - lemon infusion of Sicily 0.4% - natural aromas - thickener: pectin - preservative: potassium sorbate.
