Pecorino Toscano is an Italian hard cheese, produced exclusively with fresh whole pasteurised sheep's milk. It has a compact paste and a white straw colour with a sweet and salty flavour. Aromas and fragrances are developed and well balanced thanks to a maturation period of 20-30 days. Produced under strict Protected Designation of Origin process.
Ingredients:
Pasteurised sheep’s milk, salt, rennet, native ferments. Surface treated with preservatives E 202, E 235. Rind not edible.
