Inside you find
The mixture for the chocolate dough, 4 aluminum molds and icing sugar for the final touch.
You add
2 medium eggs (60-65g) at room temperature. If you want to make only 2 pies add in half of the mixture an egg and keep the remaining part for another time.
You’ll need
Terrine, electric or hand whisk, a spoon, a colander, some flour and some butter.
Preparation
Make sure the eggs are at room temperature
1 Preheat the oven and baking sheet.
2 Butter and grease the moulds.
3 Mix the mixture and eggs with an electric whisk for 1 minute at medium speed or with a hand whisk for 2 minutes.
4 Pour the mixture into the 4 moulds.
The creamy heart is obtained during cooking.
Cooking
After placing the cakes on the baking sheet in the middle shelf of the electric static oven or in the high shelf of the gas oven, cook according to the following instructions:
Cooking temperature
Static electric oven preheated 240°C
Preheated gas oven 220°C
Cooking time 8-9 minutes
Tips:
Do not open the oven during cooking.
If after 8-9 minutes the surface of the cakes is still wet, it prolongs cooking by 1 minute.
The oven is not suitable for cooking cakes.
If the oven heats up a lot from the bottom, put some aluminum foil on the baking sheet at the beginning of cooking.
Remove the pies from the oven and let them cool on a plate for about 10 minutes, unform and flip.
Decorate to taste with icing sugar.
To fully enjoy the creamy heart, the pies must be eaten warm or lukewarm.
Store the Ciobar Hearts ready for consumption in the refrigerator and consume within 1 day.
The dough should not be eaten raw, make sure to follow the instructions for preparation.
