• Appearance: wrinkled rind of a more or less intense pink color, not edible; the paste is straw white with typical blue-greenish veins (marbling).
• To the touch: the consistency of the paste is compact.
• Smell: strong, pleasant and appetizing.
• Taste: particular and intense.
Ingredients:
Whole cow’s milk (98.26%, selected lactic ferments (1.5%), selected moulds belonging to the genus Penicillium (0.01%), dried sea salt (0.21%), rennet of animal origin (0.02%).
