Our Tips
If the dish is frozen: spray 230 on the dish before starting cooking.
If the dish is fresh and therefore moist:
1. Fry your food for 2/3 of the total cooking time to remove moisture.
2. Remove the basket from the fryer and spray 230.
3. Finish cooking to obtain a crispy and light fry.
