What will you smell?
Dark cream with a compact consistency (if extracted from the bar), good aromaticity, very interesting impact on the nose of cocoa, toast, biscuit and licorice for a full and silky taste.
A frank and sincere blend that leaves a lingering aftertaste of brown notes to which is added a note of black pepper on the finish for an optimal balance between aroma and taste.
How do we get it?
We blend coffee from 4 countries of the world and we obtain a unique blend of 55% arabica coffee and 45% robusta, with a medium dark roast to meet the taste of the espresso and repropose it also at your home, respecting the quality of the original grain.
How to extract it?
For home consumption, we have our ground format specifically designed to enjoy a good coffee at home. Mehari blend is also available in grains for espresso preparation at your local bar.
