For Fiordifrutta Cherries are used 3 different types of fruits: sweet cherries, sour and wild, some early and others late. They are harvested from May to July especially in Emilia Romagna and on the Rigoni fields of Asiago, Bulgaria. The taste: a perfect balance between sweet and sour, accompanied by the wild scent. Pairings and tips: it is great for breakfast on bread and biscuits, but also on mascarpone and ricotta.
