Inspired by spring colours and scents, Colomba Tradizionale combines the softness of the dough with the intense scent of candied Sicilian orange peel. Decorated with crunchy whole almonds and white sugar grains.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour, candied orange 16.2% (orange peel cubes, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, orange peel, acidifier: citric acid), sugar granules 11.5%, glazing 10.6% (sugar, water, 12% almond flour, wheat flour, rice flour, egg whites from ground hens, wheat starch, sunflower oil, natural flavourings), sugar, butter, fresh egg yolk from grounded hens 5,8%, natural yeast [sourdough (wheat flour, water), yeast], whole almonds 3.3%, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; whey powder, salt, natural flavors.
