The fusilloni of durum wheat Organic Hats Alce Nero are produced using the historical variety of durum wheat dating back to the early '900 when Nazareno Strampelli started, on the fields made available by Marquis Cappelli, some experimental tests, obtaining the so-called "elect seeds", including Cappelli. Cultivated in Italy, mainly in the provinces of Foggia and Bari. The mixture of semolina, is obtained with spring water of the Alps.
The rigatoni of durum wheat Organic Hats Alce Nero, thanks to their shape, are ideal to retain the seasoning on the entire surface and are suitable for any preparation.
The packaging of this paste is made of paper, without any use of plastic. Only water-based inks and glues, without chemical components, were used for printing and closing the packaging. It can be disposed of in the paper collection.
