This mixture is ideal for preparing both handmade dough and bread machine. It contains 2 bags of active dry yeast.
Ingredients:
Cereals 86% (type "1" soft WHEAT flour, RYE flour, BARLEY flour, SPELLED WHEAT flour, OAT flake flour, corn flour, rice flour), SESAME seeds 3.4% , sunflower seeds 3%, dried WHEAT sourdough (malted WHEAT flour, starter cultures), cane sugar, salt, dextrose, BARLEY malt and soft WHEAT malt flour, Antioxidant: ascorbic acid; enzymes.
The package contains 2 bags of active dry yeast in a protective atmosphere (known as brewer's yeast): dehydrated yeast (Saccharomyches cerevisiae), emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate (E491).
