The Stringozzi, typical long Umbrian pasta, prepared with durum wheat flour, water and salt, have been selected by Urbani Tartufi to make them become a "poor" dish with a tasty high-quality cuisine. In their dough have been mixed precious pieces of truffle that make the dish unmistakable. It will be enough to season them with butter and Parmigiano Reggiano to fully appreciate their extraordinary goodness.
