The blend for moka Alce Nero is certified Fairtrade. The blend for moka Fairtrade Alce Nero is made using only arabica coffee grown between 1250 and 1800 meters high, in the shade of other fruit or wood plants, by the farmers of our members of Prodecoop in Nicaragua and Coop Norandino in Peru. The freshly roasted coffee is packaged in a protective atmosphere. The package is equipped with aroma-saving valve that guards the identity and strength of the original taste. Light and easy to match, the taste of traditional espresso, the arabicas of Peru and Nicaragua support each other in a round taste with notes of hazelnuts and nuts, for a coffee with a pleasant and clean aftertaste.
