This honey has an amber color, naturally crystallized, smell and taste change according to the flowers harvested. After the honey has been honeyed by mechanical centrifugation, it is allowed to settle in the cold before being filtered and packaged. The working temperature is always below 50°C.
Millefiori is a versatile honey to be used for hot drinks or spread on bread.
