HYALURONIC ACID
It is a linear, elastic and very resistant molecule that makes up the skin’s connective tissue, able to bind a large amount of water molecules for better hydration of the skin. At the level of chemical structure, hyaluronic acid is classified as a glycosaminoglycan, a long sequence composed of two simple sugars, glycuronic acid and N-acetylglucosamine.
Hyaluronic acid gives the tissues turgidity, plasticity and elasticity, also acting as a water reserve.
