How to prepare
Weigh in a container with a diameter of 10 to 13cm 100gr of cous cous, add 2gr of salt (optional) and 4gr of oil and mix. Add 15ml of boiling water, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, remove the film, turn over the contents of the tray in a plate and peel well the couscous with a fork.
