They are typical sausages of Trentino Alto Adige, Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Produced in butchers with pork, beef and chicken meat, they are eaten fresh. Depending on the origin they vary in shape and size and are usually smoked. Levoni has chosen a small South Tyrolean artisan company to produce its fantastic sausages in accordance with the great local tradition but using only the best cuts of pork born and raised in the Po Valley.
