From today the recipe of our amatriciana sauce will be even more intense, thanks to a richer tomato base. Diced smoked bacon, tomato and a touch of chili, for a sauce as tradition dictates.
You can heat the sauce in the microwave to 750W for about 1' and 50'', removing the aluminum lid, or directly in the pan.
